| General | If a refund is issued, it will be provided in the form of Credit Vouchers that can be used to pay for any of the training, refresher, and supervision services offered by EMDRHK. Refunds are made solely in respect of refunds mentioned on webpage titled "Applicaions & Admissions". No other refunds will be made. Vouchers will be valid for a period of 12 months from the training or service for which the money was paid for, providing you with ample time to utilize them for any future training or services you may require. |

| Refund voucher | When using credit vouchers, you have the option to redeem them for their full value or a partial amount. If you choose to use only a portion of the voucher's value, a new voucher will be issued for the remaining amount. This allows you to use the full value of your voucher at a later time, without any loss of value. | |
